• The Candy Basket Inc ships year-round via UPS.

 

• Rates vary based on multiple factors: weight of the order, the destinations, and the time of the year. 

 

• We currently have a Flat Rate Ground Shipping for $14.35 for most orders.*

 

• Your order will be ready within 1-5 business days.

 

• Products may come in multiple boxes. Some products do not qualify for flat rate shipping and it will be noted.

 

WARM WEATHER CONDITIONS

• Candies melt! So from April to October, we take extra precaution. Our products ship within 3-7 days. Orders go out Monday-Thursday to prevent chocolates from sitting in trucks over the weekend.

 

• While we do take extra precautions and pack our candy with special insulation, we still cannot guarantee unmelted chocolate products. We are not liable for the melted status of chocolate products. If you live in a hot area or are shipping to one, you may decide to upgrade to next day shipping.

 

RESTRICTIONS

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
